Our team at Neelkanth Sweets takes great pride and care in our sweets and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are
- not happy with a product or
- have received an incorrect or damaged order,
Please do get in touch with us with a photo of your order within 24 hours of receiving it.
Once we have the necessary information, we will work with our Quality Control team and Shipping partner to address the issue.

CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to the order. If you’d like to add products, please place a new order and leave us a note so we can ship them together!
